  • Phoebe Gittelson

    Phoebe is a Senior Attorney at NYS Department of Agriculture & Markets. Previously, Phoebe worked as an Associate and Environmental Protection Legal Fellow at Richman Law & Policy where she practiced civil litigation, focused on consumer protection issues and corporate accountability. She also worked as an Assistant Attorney with NY's Department of Environmental Conservation in its Office of General Counsel, Remediation Bureau. Phoebe received her J.D. from CUNY School of Law, where she focused on environmental justice, and received her B.S in Communications and Art History from Boston University. Previously, Phoebe worked in corporate communications at CBS Corporation. She is a poet and violinist, based in the Hudson Valley in New York. Phoebe is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.

  • Charito Calvachi-Mateyko

    Charito is the founding member of the Latino Initiative on Restorative Justice (LIRJ), a tax exempt organization whose mission is the dissemination of restorative justice. Charito is also the Principal of Rosario Calvachi-Mateyko & Associates, LLC, in Delaware that provides restorative justice services domestically and abroad.She is a native of Ecuador and has dual citizenship in both the U.S. and Ecuador.
